Manufacturing Defects: If you receive a customized product with a manufacturing defect or if it differs significantly from the specifications you provided, we will gladly resolve the issue. Please notify our customer support team within seven (7) days of receiving the product, and we will initiate the necessary steps to rectify the problem. Customer Verification: Before processing any order, we request customers carefully review and verify all order details, including product specifications, personalization options, spelling, grammar, and other relevant information. Cancelations and Modifications: Due to the personalized nature of our products, cancelations or modifications to an order can only be accepted within 24 hours of placing the order. After this timeframe, we begin the production process, and any changes become unfeasible.
Non-Refundable Payments: All payments made for customized products are non-refundable. Once an order is confirmed and payment is processed, we allocate resources and initiate the production process. As a result, we cannot offer refunds or returns on personalized items, except in cases of manufacturing defects or errors on our part.
